Add My Haven to your Home Screen for quick access to your next cleaning, your plan, and your invoices. Works on iPhone and Android using the same account you already have.

A place on your Home Screen.
- Open southernhavenknox.com/portal.php in Safari.
- Open Safari’s Share menu. Depending on your Safari layout, Share may be inside the page menu.
- Choose Add to Home Screen. Keep Open as Web App on if that option appears, then tap Add.
- Open My Haven from your Home Screen and sign in. You may need to sign in again the first time you open the installed app.
If Add to Home Screen is missing, scroll through the Share actions or use Edit Actions. In-app browsers may need you to open the link in Safari first.
Same haven. Your phone.
- Open southernhavenknox.com/portal.php in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Confirm Install or Add. If the Install My Haven button appears on this page, you can use it instead.
- Open My Haven from your Home Screen or app list and sign in with your existing account.
Menu wording varies by browser and Android version. If your browser only offers a shortcut, it still gives you quick access to the live portal.

My Haven needs an internet connection for current appointments, invoices, and requests. Customer records and form submissions are not saved for offline access.

Installation is free and uses the existing website. No App Store or Google Play download is needed. Notifications, automatic email reminders, and online payments are not enabled yet.
